The workplace is changing, leading to shifts in the needs of employees and increased demand for effective training. These changes are reflected in the emerging challenges learning leaders are facing across industries. Most, if not all, training organizations face obstacles to successful training. 

We recognized that one of the difficulties with addressing training issues is access to information about what’s common, what may be more unique, and how these issues have fared over the years. Putting together the data from 24 separate surveys from 2015 to 2024, we sought to provide deep insights into an array of different challenges that could provide some answers.
