All Sales Are Final
Except for damaged or incorrect items, all sales of Training Industry merchandise are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizing (please refer to size charts before ordering)
• Dissatisfaction with the product’s appearance or design

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We gladly accept returns for merchandise that is damaged upon arrival or if you receive an incorrect item. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@trainingindustry.com. To expedite the return process, please provide the following information:

• Your order number
• A description of the damage or error
• Photographic evidence of the damage or error

Once we receive your request, we will review and work to resolve your issue.
