Membership: Terms and Conditions
TRAINING INDUSTRY MEMBERSHIP
BILLING AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OF MEMBERSHIP
A paid Membership Plan, including those starting with a free trial period, will automatically renew for additional like periods (monthly or annually) until cancelled. When you subscribe and provide a payment method, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of your subscription and on an ongoing basis at each renewal period. You must cancel prior to your renewal date to avoid future charges. If your payment cannot be completed, we may attempt to reprocess the payment and may suspend your access to Membership benefits until payment is received.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your Membership Plan at any time to avoid future charges. Cancellations can be in your account settings or by emailing us at info@trainingindustry.com. When you cancel, you are only cancelling future charges associated with your Membership. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle, and no refunds or credits will be given for any partial period. Membership benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellations within a free trial period will not incur a charge and Member benefits will continue until the end of the trial period.
Training Industry may cancel your Membership Plan if you fail to pay for your subscription, breach our terms of use or for any other reason in our sole discretion. If your Membership is cancelled, you are responsible for payment of any outstanding balances on your account.
