Founded in Training Industry’s Training Manager Competency Model™, this workshop is completed over four hours in a virtual instructor-led (VILT) classroom setting. Throughout that time, you’ll work with peers to role-play consulting scenarios and practice contracting conversations.

WHAT WILL I RECEIVE WHEN I COMPLETE THIS PROGRAM?

Before the program, you will receive access to all digital materials, including the student workbook that you will use during the course. You will also receive access to toolkit of job aids designed to help you apply course concepts on the job.

DOES THE PROGRAM COUNT TOWARD RECERTIFICATION CREDIT?
